Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our North America team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the local office, HR, and the VP of Sales. We seek someone who has a bias for action, great communication skills, and who contributes to our cohesive environment where our team works, thrives and wins!

Roles & Responsibilities

If this is you, you’ll be doing important work that keeps our team running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll lead and work on a wide range of tasks, including:


  • Be an enthusiastic and friendly host to employees, candidates, and visitors
  • Responsible for all office logistics and supplies. Order office supplies, snacks, and beverages when needed
  • Assist the VP Sales with scheduling, travel arrangements and other administrative duties.
  • Responsible for mail and deliveries
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, recruiting, happy hours and more
  • Serve as liaison to steer internal and external questions to the right resource.
  • Take a major part in establishing the new US office being established
  • Assist with other projects as needed


  • Previous customer-facing experience
  • A positive, can-do attitude. You enjoy working in a very dynamic environment and are comfortable taking charge in order to get things done.
  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work
  • Team player with a hunger to learn
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Gmail, and Google Calendar.
  • Self-starter who is reliable, and organized
  • Willingness to work at least 3 days per week at the office
