At Pentera, we use many data sources and large amounts of data to research, identify, prioritize, and make product-related decisions. 

We are looking for a Director of PR and Employer Branding to lead our public relations, placing Pentera on the radar for media channels as well as positioning it as a desirable company to work for. 

If you are a true storyteller, with experience in content writing, a background in public relations and journalism, growing external brand presence and building recruiting brands that bring the best talent to an organization, this position is a perfect fit for you.

Working with the best in the business, you will bring your creativity, imagination and energy to this high-profile position. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Analyst Relations, TA and Digital Marketing teams to leverage the Pentera employees and customer community power to tell our story.

As PR Director at Pentera you will manage the relationship with PR agencies across the globe with the goal of increasing the visibility and brand awareness of Penetra among relevant target prospect audiences: 

  • Create and oversee proactive communication strategies and PR programs to support business growth and product launches
  • Write and develop pitches, press materials and content for media outreach, to drive coverage and thought leadership engagement 
  • Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with relevant influencers and content creators, to amplify our messaging through them
  • Create speaking opportunities for Pentera’s executives
  • Manage the awards program, including vetting and submitting winning applications 

As Employer Branding Director at Pentera you will leverage your brand strategy, storytelling and marketing skills to attract, retain and engage our most important resource, our people: 

  • Work alongside our HR/Talent Acquisition team to articulate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and craft a cohesive story that employees and candidates alike want to be a part of
  • Define key talent segments, create targeted messaging and initiate creative campaigns to attract high-quality and diverse talent to Pentera
  • Find and act on opportunities that will generate a buzz around Pentera job opportunities, and create high-quality content to tap targeted talent segments
  • Identify and submit employer recognition opportunities to increase our visibility 
  • Set up paid marketing campaigns to advertise high-priority roles through various online media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), in cooperation with our acquisition team
  • Work with our social media manager to grow our follower base among relevant candidates and increase engagement rates


  • 5+ years of marketing, public relations and/or communications experience in both English and Hebrew; hands-on B2B enterprise technology marketing and advocacy experience in cybersecurity preferred
  • A proven track record of developing media strategies, identifying story angles and securing top tier coverage. You are adept at placing meaningful stories both when there is news and when there is not
  • An excellent understanding of the relevant cybersecurity media environment and current business landscape 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, experience in communicating assertively with senior stakeholders
  • Great interpersonal skills and a history of collaborating successfully with multiple functions (Sales, Product, etc.) to drive results. Experience from scaleup companies is preferred
  • You aren’t expecting a “how to do your job” playbook waiting for you
  • English mother tongue – a must
