We are looking for a full-time, true professional to join our marketing team – the kind that knows when to Quick & Dirty and when to make Ads_of_the_world/Award winning/Mind-blowing designs. 


A designer experienced in marketing and branding with attention to details and a willingness to learn and research, to work under our Art Director, to drive our brand forward.


Responsibilities

  • Create beautiful and effective banners, ads, and posts for social and digital campaigns
  • Work with the marketing team to design events graphics, presentations, online and offline materials, video clips, banners, following our brand style guide 
  • Design and create simple and effective videos
  • Suggest and brainstorm creative content
  • Help develop our brand identity and brand book and ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • At least 4 years of experience in brand design or advertising
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) plus PowerPoint/slides and basic Figma
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills
  • Portfolio of works – a must
  • Fast learner with great energy and a sense of humor
